    I just moved in this past winter. Is this field allowed to keep the grass over 2 feet long? Or is this my responsibility to cut behind our fence? It’s really bad almost 2 feet on the fence line and growing through into my yard. I was told they kept care of it but this is a bad impression for my family’s first spring.
