  • Issaquah-Preston Trl Issaquah, WA, 98027, USA - Issaquah
Temporary construction signs are still up on the Issaquah Preston trail for the finished Booster Pump Station project. Both on the east side of the project as well as down the hill on the west side of the former project. Any way we can have these removed now that the project is finished?
    Thanks

  • Ne 165th St & Burke-Gilman Trl Lake Forest Park, WA, 98155, USA - Lake Forest Park
We live next to the 165th entrance to the Burke Gillman trail (16238 41st NE) and this morning we found a sign on the strip in front of our house that appears to have been ripped from the trail. We don't know what to do with it.

The parks need to start harshly enforcing parking for the trail. The nearby apartments residents and guests keep taking up nearly all the spaces, leaving no space for legitimate parks users. Park users keep needing to park in the nearby Whole Foods parking lot because of this. This has been an ongoing issue for months, and just keeps getting worse. Please, start ticketing people, and tow repeat offenders. This needs to stop.
  • 13511-13925 W Snoqualmie Valley Rd Ne Duvall, WA, 98019, USA - Union Hill-Novelty Hill
There is a gap at in the Tolt Pipeline Trail that may of the Cyclists in Duvall would love to see closed so that we have a safe way to get from the valley to the top of the hill. Currently it is just an overgrown strip of land on SPU right of way. Is there any way that KC Parks could add a trail here or allow us to use brush cutters to make a trail that would get packed down over time with more traffic. Thank you, Kiva Lints

The ditch located between King County Markers 326+00 and and 372+00 just east of our address currently has no outlet as the outlet has not adequately been maintained. What were the outlets have not been adequately maintained by either the city or the county. This does fall within the King County Right of Way. The hydraulic pressure created by the standing water has been a problem for years of which several requests have been made to resolve the issue. Because the water has no where to go it drains into and saturates the ground and over the years has created cracks in our driveway and likely our foundation. The storm on December 20th filled the ditch to capacity (again) over ran the ditch and stood for days after the storm. This in turn flooded three rooms on the first floor of our house and ruined the back yard. We continue not have heat and had to replace our hot water heater. there was 6" of water in these three rooms so content, walls and flooring all has to be removed and replaced. Total damage is TBD. There have been numerous complaints filed regarding this ditch over the years so this is a clear issue of negligence by the responsible jurisdiction. I submitted a similar form to King County and Mr Brian Sleight of King County said "the property lies within the city of Sammamish" and maintained by king county parks and said I needed to contact you. Please advise ASAP. I have photos of both the flood and the damage.

Our address is 2417 E Lake Sammamish PL SE, Sammamish Wa 98075

Did you feel a windstorm last night? I didn't. Anyway, there are three obstructions on Marshall's Hill trail and one obstruction on De Leo Wall trail. Just boughs, branches, small trees down. Cougar Mtn. Regional Wildland Park. I love this big beautiful park. Dwight, Renton, Wa.
