Traffic SignalAcknowledged1 Western Ave Boston 02163, United States - Allston-BrightonThe pedestrian light does not turn green when traffic coming off the Western Ave bridge has a red. Can the timing get fixed to allow pedestrians and bikes to go when western ave traffic has a red?

Traffic SignalAcknowledgedDavid G Mugar Way Boston 02116, United States - Beacon HillThis traffic light should release cars going east and west at the same time. It is illogical to only let cars go east, or west, one at a time.

Traffic SignalAcknowledged251-299 Perkins St Jamaica Plain, MA, 02130, USA - Jamaica PlainThe light at Perkins and Parkman Drive (near Cabot Estates) causes massive traffic jams during the evening commute. It takes at least 10-20 minutes to get from Pond Ave through the intersection when it should take only 1. The new lights need to have their timing adjusted. Traffic gets backed up on Pond, Chestnut and Perkins, with very little coming from Parkman.

The right most traffic lights when crossing from Western Ave over Memorial Ave display a solid red on top while those going straight had a green straight arrow. Then that light on the right changed to a green right turn signal.
This would be clearer if there was a red right arrow signal. We were driving straight, but the cars in front were confused and it caused a delay in driving or worst case could cause an accident in the multiple lanes at this location.

Traffic SignalAcknowledgedCharles River Dam Rd Boston 02114, United States - CentralThe separate bike signal here is confusing drivers, especially at night. I have seen countless cars turning right against the red arrow (nearly hitting cyclists who have the right of way) because they see the green bike signal and mistake it for a green arrow. The previous illuminated “No Turn On Red” sign worked great, any chance you can install a new one? Or add another red arrow closer to the right side instead of up above traffic where it’s easy for drivers to miss? Something to make it more clear to drivers that they have “no turn on red” while the other lanes (including the bike lane) have a green light to go forward.

Traffic SignalAcknowledged206–298 Trenton St Boston MA 02128, United States - East BostonWhere Trenton street ends and become East Eagle one of these cars or motor cycles is going to kill someone. These cars have illegal exhausts and set off car alarms. You would think it was a race track around here. I have gone to cross the street at time times and had to jump back in between cars to avoid getting hit/killed by one of these idiots. There needs to be a speed trap or something done. They come up slow on Glendon street, take a left to go down Trenton/East eagle and then floor it down the rest of East Eagle not stopping at the stop sign. Sometimes they take a left on to condor to go around again to try and set off more alarms or sometimes go towards Chelsea street. There are too many children, dogs and elderly on this street. These cars include older model white Acura integra, older model blue Honda Civic, older model blue Acura integra, newer model green Honda Accord.

Crossing west to east on the north side of the intersection the button in the median does not appear to cause the ped signal to continue crossing to go to walk. Same for the one in the median to finish crossing Blue HIll Ave. Those are both complex intersections with lots of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Please fix them and have them work every cycle. Not sure in either case if it’s the button or the ped signal itself. Many pedestrians in the area appear to expect the buttons or signals not to work and often cross without bothering to try to use them. I witnessed two elderly individuals almost get hit recently. One is able to depress both buttons. Thank you.
