    Every time the city responds to a request complaint it says it is CLOSED Everyone who sees this thinks that the city has done all that they are going to do It looks to us as though the city is not going to do anything Please consider changing CLOSED to another name I suggest FORWARDED

    If this isn't possible how about having a legend posted at the end of the requests saying what CLOSED means?, ,/
