There is homeless camping at this property and next to the creek for several weeks now.

Set up a few days ago. Someone is in there. Our tenants in the nearby building and those who walk the trail are concerned. Please move them along.

looks like an encampment, and the garbage is starting to pile up.

the vacant property to the west and south of 3743 S 148th St has had several folks trespassing today as though they are moving in. This property has had encampment issues in the past and I can see two set ups already forming and a gentleman with a ladder in tow just walked up the center of the property and to the southeast corner I cannot see what is going on, but want this remedied as soon as possible.
