OvergrowthOpenMalden MA, USA - Malden Ward 3Those cherry trees at Fellsmere pond are blooming this year, they are so beautiful for fellsmere pond, so the family really enjoy the park. However, there are few cherry trees have many dead branches, it would be nice for DPW to trim those cherry trees and to remove those dead branches.

OvergrowthAcknowledged20 Lake Street Malden, MA, 02148, USA - Malden Ward 620 Lake Street is a foreclosure. There are people living here not taking care of the property. It has been a problem for the neighbors for five years. Overgrown grass and bushes. There is a discarded car battery that has been sitting in the driveway for 4 months. This is a hazmat problem.

OvergrowthAcknowledged16 Harvard Street Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 7Right hand side upper Harvard Street, Believe it is No. 16. Overgrowth all on sidewalk as well as totally overgrown in the yard itself. Perfect place for rodents to reside. Terrible mess and also difficult to walk on sidewalk especially when you can't see at night. Please address sooner rather than later.

OvergrowthAcknowledged74 Pine St Malden, MA 02148, USA - Malden Ward 3We walk by this house every day and each day it gets worse. The house is not occupied by the owners, it's a room rental house. Obviously the owners don't care about the house. The grass is 2 feet tall and it looks awful.

118 Avon Street Malden Massachusetts - Malden Ward 2This tree that was planted has over grown so bad the roots are coming through the ground, which is lifting up the sidewalk and falling apart. It is also overgrown. Is there anyway to have the tree removed? The sidewalk issue has been a reoccurrence from the roots and people have tripped. It grows out of control and you have to duck to walk under. I tried to upload multiple photos but couldn’t.

OvergrowthAcknowledged61 Wyllis Avenue Malden, Massachusetts, 02148 - Malden Ward 1
Trash: The property has accumulated trash both in the yard and on the sidewalk, which is not only unsightly but also poses a health and safety risk.
Broken Fence: A section of the property's fence appears to be broken, which may compromise security and contribute to a sense of neglect in the area.
High Grass: The grass on the property has grown to a considerable height, which not only gives the property an unkempt appearance but also creates a breeding ground for pests and poses a potential fire hazard.
Cracked Sidewalk: The sidewalk adjacent to the property is cracked and uneven, posing a tripping hazard to pedestrians.
Addressing these issues is essential for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and overall quality of life in our community
