  • Vaughn And Front Street Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg

The JCC has no sidewalk for people to walk on along front street

It's a very dangerous area to begin with and with no side walk or cross walk its really dangerous

  • 735-931 Maclay St Harrisburg, PA 17102, USA - Harrisburg
The Maclay St. bridge over the rail line is dangerous for all road users, especially pedestrians. The sidewalks are crumbling with exposed rebar, broken concrete, and strewn trash.
  • 24th And Brookwood Streets Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg
Street light is out on this corner...just need a ladder and bulb...I will hold the ladder...thank you so much!! Donna
  • 105-199 Vaughn St Harrisburg, PA 17110, USA - Harrisburg

There is way to much traffic from the JCC on Vaughn street Parents park on Vaughn street instead of using the parking lot in the am, noon and early evening. First of all the JCC has a parking lot but their employees and customers park on Vaughn street which causes a lot of traffic and problems near front street. Vaughn street is not a major road like Front and can not handle customers parking all over it an traffic. Customers block home owners in there driveways, park on the non parking side of the road etc. there is no JCC employee or security out there to keep an eye or do anything otherwise. By here have been many many almost accidents and children almost hit. I guess it would take a car accident or a child getting hit before the JCC will take charge of this
Besides the fact tat Harrisburg city police could make a ton of money in tickets from the customers not stopping at Vaughn an 2nd streets stop signs and the parking tickets of parking in places that are non parking

The JCC has a Lot of frontage on Front street to handle a major entrance if they are not going to take charge of this issue.

  • Corner Of Logan And Dauphin Streets Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg
Street light burned out at this intersection. No pole # on pole. There is a meter with meter #84428643 and tag # 0028862. The parking lot for the Neighborhood Center (where I work) is on one corner but we at the Center have never been told this is our light. No idea how it would turn on and off.
  • 600 South 24th Street Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg

Penn & Charles St Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Harrisburg
The drain on the corner of Charles and Penn has a large crack/road buckling from the drain (across from 1208 Penn St near the street light). The crack runs across Penn and down Charles Street headed towards N 2nd. The crack/buckling of the street is getting worse on a daily basis.
  • 256 Herr St Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg
Because a light pole was knocked down and taken away several weeks ago, there is no light at the intersection of Herr and Green Streets. This has been reported before, and neigbors have seen no action.
  • 300 Block Of Hale Avenue (From Berryhill St Up To Rudy) Harrisburg, PA - Harrisburg
It is basically impossible to drive up Hale ave between Berryhill St and Rudy Rd. There are 30+ potholes, that whole stretch needs filled and paved.
  • Berkeley Place Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Harrisburg
The condition of Berkeley Place, a dead-end street serving as an access for residents of Taylor Boulevard and Whitehall Streets in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is simply deplorable and cannot be considered mere "potholes." The roadbed is severely degraded and the blacktop is turning back into gravel. There are plants growing in the middle of the road. There have never been any "curbs" along Berkeley Place; the surface is not properly swaled to provide for good drainage, and the entire situation is made worse every time a garbage truck drives recklessly along its length. In the few instances in which city plow teams remember that Berkeley Place even exists (and is not merely an "alley" but a bona fide city street), their trucks have ruined the only repairs ever made to the road surface some 15 years ago. Please relay to the proper authorities in Harrisburg, PA: kindly DO SOMETHING! to keep Berkeley Place from turning back into a dirt road entirely, time being of the essence. Thank you.
