Stolen shopping carts at entrance to Deerwood Apartments intersection of MaryHelen and Richey - east side of the street on Richey. Also, stolen shopping cart next to Promenade Park sign at Richey and Promenade. Thank you

COC more jobs. We want COC to look clean. Free of this shopping carts..makes the community look unattractive. I sure wish they had locks on these shopping carts. Where u can only go so many feet from the store then it will lock..cannot move the cart..
