Description

A property with the address 10660 NE Manor Lane is currently inhabited by two individuals living in a tent and two unpermitted sheds. There is no plumbing nor electricity; a generator runs from early morning hours though evening hours nearly non-stop. There are no sanitary facilities and on very warm days this summer the smell of garbage and human waste was evident. There is a firepit amongst large volumes of strewn trash and very near the outbuildings where garbage is frequently burned. There are a minimum of 5-6 cars parked on the property, often blocking access to emergency vehicles, should they need to reach our homes.
