If you have an owners association, I would suggest hiring a security company to check the property 2 or 3 times a day. If the vagrants are on the loft's property have the security company run them off. Eventually they will get tired of the inconvenience of being hassled and move on.

Unsheltered street homeless are fentanyl addicts, and they camp where dealers bring fentanyl. They smoke fentanyl pills popular blues all day long one after another. Fentanyl pills blues contain fentanyl, rat poison, sedative benzo, horse tranquilizer aka tranq, ISO, nitazene chemicals, and other destructive synthetic chemicals. These chemicals destroy humans mentally and physically beyond the point of repair very quickly. APD doesn't enforce any laws on street homeless unless they first spill blood.

They have moved from camping on our private loft space and encamp on city owned space that then blocks the garage exit that is leased from the city. So legally we can. Or privately put private security on city spaces.
