Major progress: Only some of the tree trunks remain in the Park. The big piles of gravel are off the sidewalk. Now only a thin layer of sand and gravel remain. The damage to the street and sidewalk remains, too

Today building materials were deposited on the sidewalk, defying the Deputy Building Commissioner's insistence that the homeowner obey City ordinances.

Homeowner's contractor continues to use Park for storage when it is convenient. Are they going to restore vegetation ruined by storing building materials, tools, etc. on Park land for nearly three years?

Debris (tree stumps etc) from the clearing of the lot remains in Hunt Woods Park. Also some other discarded materials from construction. Of course the vegetation in the area used for storage and dumping was destroyed so now only invasive plants will begin to grow there.

I've spoken with the foreman who have inspected the area on more than one occasion. Your neighbor is building a house at the end of the block, have some courtesy while he completes the project. The entrance to the park is not blocked. Once the process is complete if any debris is left then give us a call. Until please be patient with your neighbor.
