Description

There’s a different car parked everyday on this “handicap spot.” The person with the reserved spot doesn’t even have a car, straight up abuse of handicap spot. People in that apartment also throw broken glasses and garbage after every holiday. Absolutely disgusting.

Someone credible please investigate this matter.
