Description
Hardened concrete spills are all over Bill Kennedy Way, especially bad in the small bike lane north of I-20. This is very hazardous for bicycles, where running over one of these spill could cause the cyclist to lose control.
The LaFarge concrete plant down the street denies any responsibility for these spills.
