Description

The temporary fix for Ticket #14873042 has now failed and the lot is now open again to transients and trespassers who are entering at all hours of the day/night. Again this is in violation of Oakland Blight Code Section 8.24.020 B and needs to be rectified with a more permanent solution ASAP to prevent further illicit and illegal activities.
