Description

The neighbor is too noisy and despite being given warnings multiple times by the management and also myself, he/she does not care at all. The police officer said that the neighbor is breaking the city law and I am expecting to see the City of New Haven employees' involvement to resolve this issue ASAP. I am a taxpayer and my rights are being violated. The noisy neighbor is located at 1033 Whalley Ave. Apartment C101, New Haven.
