Description
Complaint of a French drain installed without permit. Resident came in & spoke to Hunter Gaines at the front counter and was directed to contact Code Compliance. Hunter also advised that no permit was obtained prior to completing the work. Resident is concerned that the structure was installed too close to his foundation & will undermind the integrity of the foundation. Complainant has photos of the work in progress & contacted his HOA. Please call him to advise what can be done.
