Damaged curbs and debris,

Q. What is the nature of the problem? Please describe in detail.
A. During the winter, street plows push snow against the sides. Curbs get damaged with rocks and debris ending up in the yard. The curbs need to be repaired, and the rocks/debris cleared from the road.
