Description

I'd say the No Turn On Red sign (circled in picture) at the intersection of Willow St and Mitchell Dr is ignored by 80-90% of the drivers that stop at this light coming off of the highway. Please consider:

a) enforcing the law and actually pull over/ticket drivers that blatantly ignore the law. If drivers see that everyone can ignore posted signs without repercussions, it sets a bad precedent.

b) moving the sign to hang off the wire by the traffic signal itself instead of being on an eye-level pole - maybe drivers just can't see the sign?

and/or

c) removing the sign if it's determined that turning on red should be allowed. (visibility is OK here but it is a tight corner to take)
