Description

The underpass is once again a foul and disgusting place. Garbage, carts, tents blocking foot path. The South side entrance foot path can not be used. Three large tents are blocking the public sidewalk. It is not passable. The north side is barely passable. Mounds of dirty clothes, uneaten crates of food, public drinking. Makes going to and from the park a real problem. Keep hearing of a " new program" the mess just gets worse. Why can they be moved for special events but not for posing a health threat and barrier to park use by the general public ? Someone from the city really needs to answer this question?
