The street light operates but the cover is hanging open in the alley behind this address... turn IN the alley at 112 N. Nansemond and you'll see it straight ahead. This is a chronic problem because tree branches (in a storm) beat on this light, it would be helpful to trim them back? In fact, I post this same photo every time.
