Thanks, Dawn. I hope that the City makes some changes. Picking up after people for the last 30 years hasn't worked as evidenced by what appears to be escalating dumping. I for one am tired of cleaning up after others. We need to educate and enforce in a big way before things will begin to change.

This lot has been a nuisance property for years. The owners never maintain nor clean it - neighbors have had to. People not living in the neighborhood keep dumping on it.
