Description

Illegal turns by the 100's. Yes count them. As I stare out my window between 3-7 pm. The traffic that comes off rt 93 on to Grove St to make the illegal turn into Bates is pathetic. The Police are there all the time and can't keep up! You need to do something before someone gets hurt.
