We have a problem in New Haven and all over this country. But I am going to talk about New Haven that's were I live. Adeline St and Frank St. There is no parking on the street after 5 o'clock p.m. why. Because we have lines of vehicles park on both streets with illegal, stolen, out of the state plates that I am sure if the police check them they are no good plates or they are register to someone else that this individuals pay to get there vehicles register for them. People have four or five vehicles park in the yard or the street and one plate that they switch from one vehicle to another. This individuals don't have a license ( I don't know how you register a vehicle without a license). If they hit your vehicle they don't have insurance or anything else. You be lucky if you can get a name that is if they don't run like it happen to my brother. I live on Adeline st. I pay city, state, federal taxes. My vehicle (taxes are paid) is register and insure and I have a license. I can only afford one small vehicle. This individuals drive SUV s, Hummers, big pick up trucks but they don't carry any papers with the vehicles or a license. You don't have to be a genius to see what's going on here. But you can play the blind eye and do nothing about it. I am talking about the City Hall employees. The people that we, the citizens, pay there salaries to do a job. Most be nice to have three or four cars and be able to drive them all with one plate and no license.
