Hey, hooray! The bridge railing here has FINALLY been painted! Now I can close this issue -- I have no idea if the listing here had any effect whatsoever on getting the railing painted. I tend to doubt it, due to the length of time the item was open -- but nonetheless, we have documentation at least that it was a long overdue project. Let's hope that next time a coat of paint is needed it does not take 5 or 6 years to make it happen!
