Not a thing has been done. The owner is a court-officer. Or so he says.

This issue has been addressed. The Code Enforcement Officer did visit the resident. As the Police Chief, I personally went over on two occasions and watched the dog. During my visits, he/she never left the yard. I don't say that to mean I am calling your integrity into question, I just want you to know we did give this attention. Whether or not the resident is a court officer will have no bearing on enforcement action. Due to the passage of time with no further posts, I am going to close this issue.
