Periodic reminder to always confirm if issue is actually resolved when City of Oakland Call Center closes it. They've fraudulently closed hundreds of issues on this site without actually resolving them. Always double check to make sure they're doing their job! If the issue is not actually resolved, post a comment and click "Reopen this issue" before clicking the comment button.
