Kerry (and other concerned parties), we are going to close this particular issue for now due to age. Right now, we have would have a difficult time sorting out new pot holes versus old pot holes or pot holes that have been addressed. Please do not hesitate to re-post any concerns here as the roadways clear up from this brutal winter.
