Dear City of Willowick,
When you close an entire lane of traffic due to working on the sewer manholes, the least you could do is put a sign saying Road Work Ahead ON THE SIDE THAT'S BEING WORKED ON! I almost hit the non-reflective cones at 7am Fri. morning. No signs, no nothing! If you do this, then maybe I'll vote for your improvement levy!
