"I have created a case (CN:#115910) in reference to the property (8610 NW 23rd ST). It is in relation to the eaves that are indeed in a state of falling apart. At the time of inspection, I did not see the furniture that was mentioned to be thrown out. There is no violation when it comes to having cars parked on the grass. The grass is mowed, and at the time of inspection, there is no landscaping deficiency.".
