How many times do we need to complain before Caltrans and Oakland PWA deal with this mess? Provide a place, not on the public ROW, where the homeless can camp and park their stuff. And then move the junk off our streets.

This is the gateway to Jack London Square? Any effort the city makes to revitalize the Square or downtown area is wasted if people arriving on location see the worst the city has to offer instead of the best.
