Description

over the last 2 days there has been a silver BMW speeding up and down 35th Avenue at a very high rate of speed!!! today he almost hit a pedestrian and kept going! license plate is 5FYA704. if OPD keeps an eye out, we don't need a fatality over his reckless driving. driver is African American Male. around 30 years of age.
