Trash all along the sides of the parking lot, along with grown up weeds.

Small pothole was filled with asphalt, which is not supposed to be used in this area for street repair. This is NOT the area that is collapsing which is still an open topic.

Sinking/Pot Hole getting worse after heavy trucks such as school buses and trash trucks hit area.

Grass and weeds growing up to 3' tall along sidewalks and in the sidewalk cracks.

This entire steeet need some attention it’s for a couple of tear down houses and overgrown yards from years of neglect . The whole street is real bad

Fifth attempt to have this road hazard repaired. Road continues to sink below grade and the surface continues to break apart. No action in almost five months since the third submission to repair the hazard. Original complaint was submitted over a year ago. How much red tape is involved in this repair? Extremely disappointed with the lack of action by the city considering the amount of taxes we pay.

The motor grader operator will not fix this when they scrape the road, even when I point to it when they come by. They blade the road so that it’s sloped to one side; not a crown in middle to flow evenly to both sides of ditch. Basically they scrape the road with the slop going to my driveway instead of building it up or crowning the road correctly. Every time it rains the water pours off the street and runs right down my driveway. After one hard rain it will wash out so bad it will expose the culvert. The motor grader operator saw this spot on the county road starting to wash out around my mailbox and did absolutely nothing to fix it. I pointed when he came by, he stopped backed up and put a pile of dirt in my driveway not fixing the problem at hand on the county road
