Traffic Sign Complaint ArchivedAlewife Brook Pkwy Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - CambridgeThe exit of the Fresh Pond Mall / Whole Foods parking lot during rush hour, on to the Alewife Brook Parkway, is terrible. Cars on the parkway routinely block the box, which allows only 1-2 cars to exit the parking lot. I recommend that Cambridge simply better mark the box and put up singage to remind cars to not block the box.

Traffic Light Open703 Mass Ave Lexington, MA, 02420, USA - LexingtonThe traffic light at the end of Pleasant Street, where it hits Mass Ave, is confusing. There are two lights, and those who are trying to take a left from Pleasant to Follen Ave assume the left light applies to them. I'm not sure if it does or doesn't, but I've seen several near head on collisions when they then take a left during the green arrow, assuming they have a right of way (and cars coming east on Mass Ave, taking a right on Pleasant, also seem to assume they have the right of way). I'd suggest the town take down the left light, or put up some better signage.

Traffic/Pedestrian Signal Complaint Archived545 Concord Avenue Cambridge, Massachusetts - CambridgeWestbound traffic on Alewife Brook Parkway routinely "blocks the box" at the exit of the Fresh Pond Mall during busy hours of the day. The result is that the light will turn green for those trying to exit the Mall, and only 1-2 cars can make it through. I suggest Cambridge make it clear where traffic needs to stop, post a similar sign to remind traffic to not block the box, and issue tickets occasionally as they do elsewhere. Ideally, it would be great to have another traffic light actually above where the west bound traffic is expected to stop.
