    When a car stops for a red light at 52nd and MLK the driver also sees the traffic light for the Children's Hospital crosswalk on 52nd one-half block east immediately adjacent to the hospital. When this light turns color, it can make drivers think the 52nd-MLK light has turned color. It should be shaded so drivers at the 52nd-MLK light don't see that the color until the intersection is crossed.
