    Our neighbors at 915 north new have a tree that is full of weeds and other weeds on their property are coming in to ours. We just purchased our property and would like to redo our back yard, but their weeds are coming on to our property. Another neighbor tried to communicate with the owner of this property to have it removed and was ignored. All photos provided are from standing on my property.

    isn't it illegal to board up windows and leave bare wood where there should be glass?

    also, adjoining properties owned by the same landlord. are they ever going to be cleaned up or stabilized? One of these days the elks Lodge is going to fall down on a passerby or a car.

    this is a major gateway to the south side and Chris Morales or whoever shouldn't be allowed to mess it up.

Only description I could see he was on a bike not sure what color but light skinned with tint to his skin e with da short k hair and seemed to be on dru or something s.
