    To whom it may concern. this tree is located an the between the street and side walk of 173 pine street new Haven CONECTICUT 06513, we recently bought this property and we are doing the best we can to make the tenants feel more comfortable and secure and one of our concerns is this tree because it has long branches reaching the electric wires and the sidewalk is in bad shape because of it. Can someone please take a look and help us fix this problem? Thank you so much.

    To whom it may concern; My name is Claudio Herrera (914)384-6389, i recently purchased the property of 173 Pine Street, we noticed there's a big tree in front of the house and is causing damage to the side walk and of course some one can fall down. can some one please let me know if I am supposed to fix it or is the City of New Heaven who has to do it? thank you so much and i hope to hear from some one soon.
