I live on Spring Grove Ave. in San Rafael, and it's just a one way St. And there's an open space just so we get trucks and there's potholes, but not necessarily right in front of my house, but down the block and there's multiple. And that's what I was looking to get help on. And I was struggling with the website because there's multiple and it's down the street and it's not like in front of my house. So Spring Grove Ave. in San Rafael really needs some pothole helps pretty much up and down the street because we get trucks and a lot of professional dog walkers, Thank you.

    Resident at 261 Union St was advised by Cedric (Def Space Insp) to reach out to DPW regarding vegetation overgrowth in easement area behind her/all the properties along Union St. (piles of wood, vegetation etc). A resident on Ridge Ave is also dumping vegetation debris onto the easement as well, and residents are concerned about that as well as the overgrowth being a fire hazard.

    Vmail rec'd 5/8/2024: "Hi, I managed the Friends bookstore at 1016 C St. between 4th and 5th and about 10 days ago when I went to the shop there was a very large, I would say it's at least a queen size mattress that's all very tightly bound up with tape. It's extremely heavy and I don't know who or what could drop such a huge mattress there. But anyway, there it is. And I was wondering if you folks are the ones that would come and take that away for us. You can either leave me a voicemail on it or text me the response. Thank you."

    18 Street Gangs between ages of 19-22 hanging out by the big tree right across from Bahia Vista Elementary School on Bahia way/Bahia Pl. Around 1pm- 5pm, leaving big mess behind in the afternoons and tagging the side walk. There is Heavy marijuana smell and illegal use/selling drugs. Please remove promptly and add security presence to the area.
