This area is infested with narcotic and paraphernalia transactions which needs to be monitored. There are very suspicious people walking up and down these side streets in the middle of the night and the citizens of this area are very concerned as there are many young kids and we don't want this going on in our neighborhood. PLEASE WATCH.
