Notified About

  • 87123 Albuquerque, NM, USA - Albuquerque
Park was just cleaned up and vagrants moved out on Thursday 3/24, so they migrated to the S side of the park fence. As of 3/26 10:00am at least 7 tents/camps are back INSIDE the park. As expected the city failed us again by not permanently moving the vagrants out so once again taxpayers are on the hook for the costs. Great job Keller and city Council.

Lets see, it will take another 2 weeks for the vagrants to be formally notified again (every month) that they are not allowed to camp in the park (Keller Kampground). They'll get their monthly visit, slips of paper and maid service where the park will be cleaned up while they go to the other side of the fence and watch the workers laughing. Then when cleaned up they'll all migrate back within 2 days max while laughing at the public because they refuse to use the other services provided by the public and the politicians are foolish enough to think their methodology works. Some people will blame the ACLU (misdirection/redirection), some will weep over the supposed homeless there (this is their conscious choice to live this way and not use provided services), some will give them assistance thereby enabling them to continue their lifestyle, and others will blame those who oppose the vagrants in the park using all manner of misdirection and deflection. Bottom line is we have rules/laws governing camping in parks that are not being followed and with the silence from the politicians one can only assume they condone this behavior.

Well, as expected that was short lived, tents in the park. They are back again, 4, maybe 5 as of 11:15am, 2/28/2022. These are INSIDE the park, next to the dog park, N of the fence. So I suspect it'll take 2 weeks+ to notify the vagrants of what they already know as they are moved out monthly. Then 72 hrs more for them to move, then the 2 day cleanup taxpayers pay for, they'll watch from the sidelines, then they'll be back again the next day and the cycle starts over again... LETS GO KELLER!!! :)

FWIW, they're camping under the I-40 walkover bridge again and are also in the small triangle of land between the skate park and the Lomas overpass, and of course all over Wyoming & I-40 too.

This dubious "yard art" is deeply offensive and completely unnecessary. It is also a traffic hazard since I almost rear-ended someone after it caught my eye. It also appears to suggest Mrs.Clinton is either being hanged or is hanging someone. The whole yard comes off as threatening and I am requesting the homeowner take it all down.

Homeless camp is back. Begging for money and food from people who go to the dog park. There's trash everywhere. It's filthy and not enjoyable to go to this park when this is a problem. .

Request after request after request after request. How has this issue been forgotten by the City?

Please help these people, it seems like the pandemic has eased, it should be a priority for the City, its citizens, and obviously if the Mayor wants to be re-elected down the road, to fix this issue that has gotten way out of control. Do this for the life of our city, do this for yourselves, help.

Tents moving back into Los Altos Park, Lomas & Eubank NE. Drove by a few minutes ago (12/22, 9:30am) and there are 2 tents, encampments back on the property next to the dog park. Looks like the APD needs to move them out again like they did a week ago. Maybe our new Councillor for that area will be addressing the issue.

Now the red humvee is persistently blocking the sidewalk I thought the landlord was supposed to inform the constantly changing cast of characters at this address to not do that
