    There is an unhoused person who has taken up residence on the sidewalk. He has created a trail of trash along the wall he calls home. He uses the alley as a toilet, goes through neighborhood dumpsters daily, leaves all the garbage around the dumpster. The food waste is already attracting pests. There are sticky liquids spilled all over the sidewalk. He has a horrendous cough. He yells at the people who live in this neighborhood. Sometimes he yells at nothing in the middle of the night. And I've seen him covertly filming people on his phone. He's currently set up in a position where he can in my front door. This person is a public health and safety hazard. We've been trying for over a month to get someone to acknowledge the problem.

    We heard hammering consistently this morning and we took this photo and reported this illegal activity

    This area is continuously utilized for drug traffic and illegal, tapping into utility poles and plumbing

    I think this car is stolen it is always backed in Not register, painted w brush. All tail lights /windows are broken. The guys that operate this vehicle reside at 204 Stanford SE. Consistently it is parked illegally on my properties in the alley ways at 206 Stanford SE, 201, 205, and 209 Columbia SE. I'm afraid of the person and what they will do in retaliation.The people are very scary and intimidating...
