346 Bergwall-puppy is left outside over night. Crying for long periods of time. Puppy is found out front unattended, we have put her through the screen door 3 times, they do not answer the door. She ran across the street in front of a moving vehicle, fortunately the driver saw her. Have discussed her being left out over night with them, it is still occuring. Gray female Pit with blue eyes aprox 8 weeks old. Please help her.
