The chain link fence along the freeway and the road is falling into traffic! This is Lincoln Road East.

True, but if it is leaning onto Vallejo owned streets,,,? I'll send this their way as well and thanks for the idea. Im not holding my breath for either of them to respond any time soon though, going by history.

Not surprised that this has happen the way the Cityof Vallejo & Cal Tran treats Vallejo. They both know Vallejo has become a dumping ground & they let it continue. Vallejo’s do “nothing”attitude is wrong. Shame to the our Mayor & their way of running the show. It’s proven to be the WRONG way to run the show. Just open your eyes & stop holding on to the values that aren’t working.
