VIN 1GKFK66U55J115068. This vehicle has been parked for approximately one month in the same spot. The window(s) are broken, there are missing parts from the interior, and it has been in a collision. It appears to be one of the parts cars the residents of 528 Grant street "own." These individuals have several dead cars parked on our street.
