We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. A Code Enforcement Officer has now been assigned to inspect the violation. After their inspection, a case may be opened. You may view the case status on our eTrackIt website at http://web.ci.vallejo.ca.us/eTRAKiT3/Search/case.aspx . Once at the eTrackIt website, select to search by address, type in the address and hit the search button to view the status of the case.
