We are the 2nd to the last original owners in the three (3) Presley developments (Hunter Estates; Hunter Ranch and Hunter Villas).

We just celebrated 28 years in our house and home this weekend.

As a matter of fact, why were the following neighborhood streets repaved?

1 - Sterling Drive, Legend Circle and the butt end of Doncaster Drive
2 - Buckskin Place, Stageline Drive and Hidden Trail Lane (Hunter Villas)

Sterling, Legend and Doncaster were barely several years old when these streets were resurfaced a decade ago!

I will not go into the resurfacing of Redwood Parkway last year and just a few days ago near the Shell gas station/Admiral Callaghan and the Elks Lodge. That is a truly sore subject.

Thank you for reporting! The damaged street section you have reported cannot be fixed using our pothole-filling method, it must either be patched or resurfaced. Unfortunately, both of these remedies are expensive and require planning and coordination that make it impossible for us to address this issue at this time.
