The cars have been removed after they were alerted by their neighbor. Obviously, there is something more nefarious going on than just a low rent, illegal car repair business. Please leave this case open, the activity at this address has been going on for some time & I doubt they will logically decide to abide by the laws of the city or the principles of common courtesy. I have also filed a report with the police department with a list of vehicle plates collected over the last few months & I will continue to do so. We are trying to stop these horrific ghetto conditions from spreading further into our neighborhood, and we need the city's assistance. Thank you.

See Click Fix is one of the many tools available to the citizens of Vallejo to report non-emergency issues. We "close" a See Click Fix issue once we've acknowledged the complaint; however, this issue is not "Closed" per se; it will remain an "Open" case with us until it is corrected. Since this is private property, the City will seek voluntary compliance (of the violations) from the property owner to fix the violation(s). Thank you for addressing this issue so quickly. We can already see improvement with less trash & noise. We hope to continue this trend for our neighborhood, & I have a suit pending against an absentee slumlord in that area, who owns 2 overcrowded rental properties that have multiple issues. Hopefully this summer won't be a repeat of the last. Thanks again.
