Description

Illegal dumping…in front of 690 Catalina cir,Vallejo… road going to the tower close to the water ….I found some PG&E bills with name and address

Public works should return this “lost property” to the address on the PG&E bills.

Here's paperwork among the dumped items. This person lives close to this dump location or hired someone. Regardless, the city should start fining these people that are costing the city so much to clean up the illegal dumping. Which is basically our tax dollars.
