A. "SAYAN" in gold spraypaint vertical on an AT&T box at the entrance to the parking lot. NOTE: I have reported this vandal on 10 or so previous occasions. After being dormant for a number of months, he is obviously back at it. Please make sure the police know about this criminal so they can stop him for good.

My GPS recorded the wrong address though.
It should be 2525 Springs Rd., Vallejo, 94591 just outside of William Kim's Tae Kwon Do studio.
