illegal operation of an MMD during this time should have consequences , i m a tax payer a voter and citizen , funding has been granted for the enforcement of these establishments to stop its operations. l.E.S. Continues daily in opening its doors to the public. Every day i go by on my way home from work this past week and many cars are parked at 1966 Broadway and the open sign is lit up.

The city maintains that every MMD operating in the city is doing so illegally, since Vallejo's zoning law does not define dispensaries as an allowed land use.
