Description

Same Ford Expedition reported earlier this week at 700+ Locust now on other side of street directly in front of 800 Locust Drive. No license plates front or back. Obviously operative, probably not abandoned but needs attention with no license plates. I suspect persons responsible live at 800 Locust Drive.
